As a joint venture, we are located in the most economic and dynamic area of China - Linghu High-Tech Development Zone, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. It embraces the Yangtzi River Delta in the proximity of Jiangsu, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai. Two national expressways named Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou and Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Anhui traverse this area, making the transportation very important and convenient.
As the professional manufacturing enterprise which is specialized in the manufacture of elevator, escalator and moving walk, we work with European elevator manufacturers with the total investment of RMB 390 million (the registered capital is 30 million US dollars). Total site takes up 133,200 square meters and it is supposed to be completed in two phases.
The first phase of site 65,000 square meters is located in Huzhou, Zhejiang, China, which has been put into operation, keeping a manufacturing capacity of 10,000 sets as annual output.
The overall floorage is 35, 000 square meters, of which the main manufacturing workshop takes up 22,000 square meters.
Our company is equipped with the sophisticated metal plate production line, the permanent magnetic synchronous elevator machine assembly, adjusting production line, the door operator manufacturing and assembly production line and the production line of assembly and adjusting for escalator and moving walk. Besides, the electric control building is especially designed for elevator, escalator and moving walk control system, cable and floor calling part and so on. We have achieved actual independent productions for main parts.
Our products range covers passenger elevator, panoramic elevator, bed elevator, freight elevator, villa elevator, dumbwaiter elevator, escalator and moving walk.
In terms of equipment, our company owns a testing tower of 100 meters in height, with 8.0 m/s elevator testing ability. We possess the manufacturing qualification of 7.0 m/s as rated speed and ability of traveling height 10 meters for outside escalator.
Our abilities to manufacture, install, alter and maintain products are nationally accredited and we have reached the AA standard. We are an enterprise of high-end technology, which is dedicated to designing, manufacturing, selling, installing and maintaining elevator as well as escalator and moving walk.
